Membership Benefits

Communication & Networking

HADSA regularly publishes its in-house magazine, Nutrascope, that brings members up to date on the latest in the nutraceuticals world, both in India and abroad, along with in depth articles on current issues facing the industry, answers to readers1 questions, and profiles of Member-of-the-Quarter.

In addition HADSA members get regular updates on the latest news from regulatory authorities.

Plus HADSA works closely with associations like FICCI, ISPE and IPEC, and has a memorandum of understanding with Pharmexcil so as to jointly host events for the benefit of the Indian nutraceuticals industry. All these provide members with unparalleled networking opportunities and access to opinion-makers in the industry.

Regulatory Affairs

HADSA has an active Regulatory Affairs Committee with focus to engage with the government on matters relating to the nutraceuticals industry. We make representations to the FSSAI and connect with them on a regular basis about the way in which legislation and regulation should be tailored to ensure both the safety of the products and the health of the industry.

HADSA members therefore get to influence the way in which the FSSAI and other government bodies view the industry and make laws and regulations that work for the benefit of both: the country and its industry.

Events

HADSA regularly hosts and participates in events of interest and importance to the nutraceuticals industry. From conferences which we traditionally have held in collaboration with FICCI, to our longstanding commitment to the Fl & HI, Vitafoods and other exhibitions. We are now hosting our individual annual conference, webinars and seminars. We provide our members with valuable opportunities to learn about the issues facing industry, provide them with discounted rates for attendance, and even supply a forum for them to speak about their own areas of expertise, innovations, network with the potential industry veterans, customers etc. These alone are worth the membership fee.
